Healthcare Assistant Support Worker

Our Healthcare Professionals work collaboratively and in partnership with the individual to recognise and clarify what is important to the individual by, identifying healthcare and support needs, agreeing goals, developing and implementing the care plan and monitoring progress. Primrose Health Care Solutions ensure clients; staff, partners and purchasers are actively engaged in planning services and care, that all could achieve the required outcome.

We mainly work with care homes around the whole United Kingdom so wherever you live we have work. We also have private Hospital clients like BUPA, Nuffield etc.

The role of a care assistant is extremely rewarding and fulfilling, with many opportunities to develop within your career. We provide several different services to clients in both care homes and residential homes, supported living, and a care assistant’s responsibilities at Primrose healthcare ranges from helping to care for those with dementia or learning difficulties, to providing end of life assistance to people requiring palliative care. Being a care assistant can be a challenging role, but it is also one of the most rewarding and fulfilling roles there is and we need you!

YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN HE CARE INDUSTRY AND MUST HAVE THE RIGHT TO WORK IN THE UK.

Our pay rates start at £11.00 per hour depending on experience and can rise up to £15 with working hours varying from Earlies, Day shifts, night shifts and sleep ins.

The Role of a care assistant includes:

• Support with social activities
• Providing personal care
• Assistance with medication
• Food preparation
• Support with domestic tasks
• Companionship

Experience:

• Care: 6 Months minimum

Licence/Certification:

• UK driving licence and car (Advantageous)
