Our client, a leading defendant Healthcare practice is seeking an experienced healthcare lawyer to join its growing team. The team advices on a wide range of healthcare matters, including multi-million pound clinical negligence claims, providing representation at inquests, representing clinicians before regulatory bodies, medical device/product liability work and general advisory work.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an award-winning team, renowned for its technical expertise, leading individuals and for achieving excellent results for its clients, who include healthcare providers and medical professionals in this challenging area of work. Candidates should be qualified Solicitors with at least 1 years PQE gained at a well-regarded healthcare practice or in-house at an insurer or regulator, and be highly motivated to providing quality advice and developing this practice area. An aptitude for teamwork, ability to use your own initiative, excellent communication and organisational skills and undertake detailed analysis are also essential for this role as is an ability to work under pressure, keep to strict deadlines, multi-task and prioritise your workload.
