We are thrilled to hire a Healthcare Apprenticeship Coach for a full-time hybrid role. Our client is an award-winning training provider, empowers individuals to access education, employment, and apprenticeship opportunities. The ideal candidate should deliver up to Level 5 Leader in Adult Care and possess a Level 5 Health & Social Care qualification.
Responsibilities - Conduct monthly teaching and learning sessions, either in person or through suitable online systems and software
- Perform face-to-face visits as necessary, following company protocols
- Manage learners to assist them in achieving their qualification, encompassing all aspects of knowledge, skills, behaviors, and any supplementary requisites such as a Diploma, up to the Gateway and a successful End Point Assessment
- Identify and provide assistance to learners with additional learning needs
- Regularly evaluate their work and provide constructive feedback, including Spelling, Punctuation, and Grammar (SPAG), and update the E-Portfolio system (Smart Assessor)
Experience and Skills - Experience delivering up to Level 5 Leader in Adult Care and hold a Level 5 Health & Social Care qualification
- Possess an Assessor Qualification like D32/D33, A1, or CAVA or hold a PTLLS/AET or a comparable teaching qualification
- Knowledge of ESFA funding regulations pertaining to apprenticeships
- Have completed Math and English GCSE or equivalent qualifications and be willing to undertake reformed Functional Skills Level 2
