About the Role: I am seeking a talented and driven Healthcare Inquest and Advocacy Solicitor to join this firms London office. In this role, you will be responsible for representing healthcare providers, insurers, and other clients in inquests and inquiries related to healthcare matters. You will also be expected to provide advocacy services in a range of forums, including courts and tribunals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing expert legal advice and representation to clients in Healthcare Inquests and inquiries
- Conducting advocacy in a range of forums, including courts and tribunals
- Managing a varied caseload, including complex and high-profile cases
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents
- Participating in business development activities, including marketing and networking events
- Qualified solicitor with at least 3 years of experience in Healthcare Inquest and Advocacy work
- Strong advocacy skills and experience representing clients in court and tribunal settings
- Excellent knowledge of healthcare law and regulations
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to handle complex and challenging cases
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
