Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their specific recruitment needs.
Develop expertise in the healthcare industry, staying up-to-date with trends and regulations.
Source and assess candidates, matching them to suitable roles within care settings.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
Requirements:
Previous experience in the healthcare sector is essential.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet targets.
Ambitious, motivated, and able to work independently.
Excellent communication, spelling, and grammatical skills.
Resilience in handling rejection and ability to bounce back.
Highly organised and efficient, with excellent phone manners.
Possession of a valid driving license as client visits may be required.
Understanding of Safeguarding and Health & Safety regulations.
