As a result, we have a number of exciting new roles which have become available.
We have an exciting position available for a Heating Engineer – Multi Skilled to join us!
You will carry out the operational duties of a multi-skilled Heating Engineer, including associated works, across the full range of repairs service on all One Manchester`s owned and managed properties and for external clients.
What we’re looking for:
- ACS qualifications CCN1, CKR1, CENWAT1 and HTR1 as a minimum
- To have served and completed a recognised heating apprenticeship/appropriate NVQ standard, professional or trade qualification
- Working knowledge of current legislation relating to H&S, CDM and Gas Servicing, Repairs and Installation works
- Experience of working within a customer service environment
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Possess a Full UK driving licence.
