The main aspect of the role will be carrying out Landlord's Gas Safety Checks within our customers' homes and will include the repair and maintenance of Gas central heating boilers and associated heating systems. Although you will be predominantly working on natural gas appliances, qualifications in LPG, OIL or Air source heating would be beneficial.
The ideal candidate will hold the following:
- CCN1, CEN1, WAT1, (CENWAT), CPA1, CKR1, HTR1
- Unvented Hot Water Systems, Oil & LPG qualified, HETAS, and ASHP would be beneficial
- Full, clean driving licence.
You will be provided with the associated battery powered tools to complete your tasks and be provided with a Calibrated Flue Gas Analyser. You'll need to have a full, clean driving licence, willing to work 40 hours per week and be prepared to join an on-call rota.
This is a field based role travelling across the the Warwick, Northampton and Oxford areas. Due to the nature of the role, a DBS check will be completed for the successful applicant.
