Heavy Plant Fitter

Job Title:Heavy Plant Fitter
Location: Portsmouth
Pay rate: Up to £20 per hour
Hours: 45 hours per week - Monday to Friday - 12.30pm to 10pm
Our client is a major Metal Recycling company, and they are seeking a skilled Heavy Plant Fitter to join their team on a late shift. The role offers above average pay and great overtime opportunities, the successful candidate will be required to maintain and repair a range of fixed Heavy Plant machinery on-site.
If you have proven experience as a Heavy Plant Fitter or similar role, preferably in the Waste Management or Construction industries, then we would very interested in talking to you.

Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Heavy Plant Fitter or similar role, preferably in the waste management or construction industry.
* Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues in heavy machinery.
* Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices and techniques.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
* Flexibility to work occasional weekends or overtime as needed.
