As a Helpdesk Controller, you'll be the go-to person for troubleshooting and diarising the engineers workloads πŸ› οΈπŸ’»


Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, and chat πŸ’¬πŸ“ž

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions πŸ“

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution ⏱️🀝

- Identify recurring issues and propose solutions for process improvement πŸ”„'28;


Requirements:

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure &A1;

- Excellent communication and customer service skills πŸ—£οΈπŸ‘₯

- Knowledge of helpdesk software and ticketing systems (Experience with CAFM would be desirable) πŸŽŸοΈπŸ’‘

- Experience in the construction or facilities management industry is a plus πŸ—οΈπŸ“Š
