π We're looking for a helpdesk controller to join a dynamic team based in the heart of Liverpool (Don't worry!! There's FREE onsite parking!!)
As a Helpdesk Controller, you'll be the go-to person for troubleshooting and diarising the engineers workloads π οΈπ»
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, and chat π¬π
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions π
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution β±οΈπ€
- Identify recurring issues and propose solutions for process improvement π'28;
Requirements:
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure &A1;
- Excellent communication and customer service skills π£οΈπ₯
- Knowledge of helpdesk software and ticketing systems (Experience with CAFM would be desirable) ποΈπ‘
- Experience in the construction or facilities management industry is a plus ποΈπ
