My client is looking to recruit a Help Desk Support person
The role centres around supporting a state of the SAAS based system and the level of training on offer is very, very high
To be considered for this role candidates simply need to have
- a very good telephone manner
- eagerness and enthusiasm to learn new products and technologies
- good organisational skills and abilities
- the ability to document solutions etc
- ability to prioritise workload and adhere to SLAs and KPIs
