Are you a detail-oriented individual with excellent organisational skills? Randstad C&P are seeking a Helpdesk Administrator to join our clients dynamic team in Westhill, Aberdeenshire. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the efficient operation of our clients facilities and provide outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time, permanent position and the main working hours will be 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming calls on a busy helpdesk, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
- Utilise CAFM systems proficiently to upload incoming PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) jobs.
- Conduct meticulous time-sheet checking to ensure accurate and timely records of work performed.
- Verify and manage certificates, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
- Provide administrative support to the helpdesk team as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in a busy helpdesk or customer service role is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with CAFM systems is a significant advantage.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
