We’re currently working with an established financial services firm based in Bristol to recruit for a Helpdesk Assistant to join their team.
This role is based from the office five days a week. The position would suit an individual with previous contact centre, telesales or customer services experience via the telephone or face to face.

The Role
As a Helpdesk Assistant, you will:
- Collaborate with Corporate Account Managers to meet client seminar targets
- Service multiple clients, ensuring adherence to deadlines
- Identify opportunities for seminar growth in collaboration with the Corporate Account Managers
- Communicate directly with corporates via phone and email to gather necessary information
- Ensure timely and successful service delivery according to client needs
The Package
- Competitive basic salary up to £25,000
