Helpdesk Coordinator

Juice is thrilled to be working with a growing software business, based in central Bath, as they look for a driven and talented Helpdesk Coordinator to join their team.
You will be joining this business at an exciting time, having recently opened an office internationally. You will be working with a range of organisations, from SMEs to multi-national brands, and liaising with a global customer base.
Joining the support team you will be providing technical support and assistance for clients with incoming issues related to the software. You will also be tasked with documenting internal procedures and keeping up to speed with daily software updates.
You will report directly to the Support Manager whilst working closely with your team, and liaising with internal teams.
DAY TO DAY:

• Responding to and handling incoming tickets efficiently.
• Communicating to customers via ticket Helpdesk.
• Working closely as part of a small team, assisting each other and sharing information.
• Understanding the user experience of the software to assist in delivering quality support.
• Documenting and logging resolutions for future referencing.
• Assisting with other projects in the business as required.

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

• Customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivation and a 'can do’ attitude.
• Strong organisation skills.
• Ability to see tickets through to completion
• Ability to manage multiple tickets at a time
• Knowledge of financial software (desirable but not essential)
