Our client is a well-established and growing organisation within the HVAC industry, providing first class planned and reactive maintenance services across Greater London/M25 and the Home Counties area. We are looking for an experienced coordinator to schedule our team of 29 engineers on planned and reactive maintenance calls. Working in a small team supporting the Helpdesk Manager. This role is fully office based in Bishops Stortford.

The role:
* Salary: up to £28,000 depending on experience
* Hours: 8 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)
* Contract: Full-time, permanent
* Head office: Bishops Stortford
* Reporting to Operations Manager
The Requirements:
* Previous office experience working for service provider in customer facing role
* Previous experience within building services company, busy reactive helpdesk and coordinating an engineering workforce.
* Reliable, excellent time keeping
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent telephone manner
* Problem solving and decision making skills
* Ability to multi task in high pressured environment
* Excellent organisational skills, Good general IT skills (Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook)
* Excellent numeracy/literacy skills
* Knowledge of service IT software systems
