We are seeking a motivated helpDesk Assistant who thrives in a fast paced business environment to join our team to provide facilities service desk for our Hull based client.

This involves direct telephone and email contact with customers and suppliers.

THE ROLE

You will play a key role in ensuring the services we offer are delivered in a timely manner at the highest standards. You will be the first point of contact for all facilities enquires, so it is essential you make a good impression.

Hours of work: Monday, Tuesday & Friday, 09:00 - 17:00

Hourly rate: £12p/h

Location: Hull, HU8

  • Responsible for the maintenance of the Helpdesk shared inbox to ensure a timely completion of requests
  • Answering telephone calls from clients and suppliers
  • Use of Outlook system – authorising meeting room bookings, resolving queries, updating data regularly, recording of layout change for meeting rooms
  • Creation and management of tickets on FISco’s bespoke software system ensuring progression/ completion within the allocated time
  • Generation of analytic reports as required
  • Carry out any general administration tasks as reasonably requested
  • Ordering from FISco/ Reckitt nominated suppliers
  • Weekly distribution and maintenance of office based stationary cupboards
  • Writing out and controlling permits for 3rd party contractors
  • Backfill reception host/ switchboard duties as required
  • Ad-hoc duties as reasonably requested by management

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Full training will be provided for the role, but we are looking for previous experience with a customer service position
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to take initiative, prioritise and manage time effectively
  • High energy and positive attitude
  • Ability to work within a team
