Main Duties of the Role
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support, remote and on-site
- Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues, including operating systems (Windows and Mac) and a wide range of software applications.
- Respond to every IT request within the SLA window
- Install, configure and upgrade IT Equipment
- Accurately create and maintain documentation
- Assist with the planning and implementation of IT projects.
Your Skills and Experience
- Solid customer service skills an essential!
- Excellent desktop troubleshooting skills
- Good understanding of Microsoft Windows and MacOS operating systems.
- Windows Server, Active Directory & Microsoft Exchange experience
- Understanding of networking
- Office 365, Azure and VoIP
- Basic understanding of Hyper-V
- Driving license & car
Salary
- £23,000-£25,000 per annum, depending on experience
