This is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital role in assisting the day to day running of the contract and providing essential support to the whole project team. This is a full time, permanent office based role and you will be based in the office in Durrington, West Sussex (BN13)
Your role
- Raining reactive work orders from emails and calls
- Raising purchase orders
- Running reports on CAFM system
- Working in line with the management team
- Dealing with customer enquiries and complaints
- Are you proficient in IT skills such as using Microsoft Office and management systems?
- Have you had experience working on a help desk in a facilities management?
- Do you have good communication and customer service skills?
- Can you demonstrate good time management skills to manage your own workload?
- £26,000 per annum salary
