- Act as main point of contact on a helpdesk, assisting with enquiries via phone, email and a web portal
- Logging and responding to issues
- Allocating facilities jobs and ensuring they are tracked, completed and recorded
- Assisting with the arrangement and coordination of works
- Maintain effective liaison between teams, colleagues and tenants
- Experience of a reception/helpdesk
- Previous experience within a facilities/office services environment
- Experience of providing excellent customer service within an office environment
