Hgv Class 1 Driver - Nights (Tue-Sat)

Owens Group are looking for an enthusiastic & conscientious HGV Class 1 DRIVERs for our Carrington operation to work on a Tues to Sat night shift pattern. Additional hours/shifts will be available if required.

Weekdays NIGHTS £14.50 per hour

Weekend NIGHTS £16.00 per hour

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• A valid HGV Class 1 licence (minor points considered, no more than 6pts)
• A digital tachograph card and full CPC
• 2 years HGV Class 1 experience minimum required
• Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative
• Good geographical knowledge
• Excellent customer service
• Driven Class 1 within the last 6 months

The Role:

• Providing excellent customer service
• Supermarket and general haulage deliveries
• Adhering to all Tachograph, Driver and Road Regulations
• Pre-start Vehicle safety checks and vehicle cleanliness
• Completion of all legal and customer relevant paperwork
