An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HGV Class 1 Vacuum Tanker Driver to work ongoing for our prestigious utilities client primarily from their site in Carlisle .This position would ideally suit someone seeking Full time work looking at 5 shifts per week , ideally who has the flexibility to sometimes also work out of Penrith .
The work involves driving an Articulated HGV Class 1 Vehicle and the operation of a Vacuum Tanker. Full induction and training will be given to the right candidate. Normal working patterns are days but you might sometimes be asked to assist on the late shift.
Successful applicants can expect to earn between £14.56 and £29.11 per hour as well as accruing up to 28 day’s paid holiday per annum.
You must have the following:
- HGV Class 1 Licence with less than 6 penalty points
- A Full Drivers CPC card
- Digital Tachograph Card is essential
- Previous Tanker Experience is advantageous but not essential
This is an exciting opportunity to work on an ongoing contract, working directly for our prestigious Utilities client.
