We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced HGV Class 1 Tramper to join our team. The hiring company is based in Crosshands, Carmarthenshire. Majority of the work will involve fridges.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate an HGV Class 1 vehicle
- Transport goods and materials to designated locations
- Load and unload cargo as required
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members
Skills:
- Valid HGV Class 1 license for over 1 year
- Proven experience in commercial driving, preferably with flatbed trucks
- Excellent driving skills and knowledge of road safety regulations
- Ability to drive long distances and work flexible hours
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
