Are you an experienced and reliable HGV Class 1 driver with a passion for general haulage? We're looking for a dedicated individual to join our team in Immingham as an HGV Class 1 Tramper. As part of our dynamic and growing company, you'll play a crucial role in maximising hours, ensuring efficient transport operations, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Tramping: As an HGV Class 1 Tramper, you'll be responsible for covering extensive distances and staying away from home during the working week, ensuring timely and secure transportation of goods.
ADR: Handle a variety of cargo with a focus on ADR Fertaliser, utilising your expertise to navigate diverse transport routes.
Snap Account: Work with a Snap account, benefiting from hassle-free, cashless parking, and streamlined expense management.
Maximise Hours: Efficiently plan routes and schedules to maximise working hours and contribute to the overall success of our transportation operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
Valid HGV Class 1 licence
Minimum of 2 years' experience in general haulage
ADR Qualification with 5.1
Clean driving record
Ability to stay away from home during the working week (Tramping)
Familiarity with using Snap account for parking and expenses
Strong organisational and time-management skills
