This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking for a long-term, stable position in the driving industry.Key Responsibilities:- Safely operate and drive HGV Class 2 vehicles in compliance with legal and company regulations.- Complete necessary vehicle checks prior to and after each journey.- Ensure the timely and efficient delivery of goods to designated locations, while maintaining a high level of customer service.- Adhere to all Health and Safety regulations while carrying out duties.- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.- Report any vehicle faults or issues immediately to the relevant authorities.- Provide exceptional customer service at all times, while efficiently resolving any delivery-related queries or issues.Qualifications:- Hold a valid HGV Class 2 license.- Possess a valid CPC (Driver Certificate of Professional Competence).- Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in driving HGV Class 2 vehicles.- Demonstrable knowledge of current road transport regulations and legislation.- Excellent navigational skills and ability to efficiently plan routes.- Strong attention to detail and ability to complete necessary documentation accurately.- A proactive and flexible approach to work, along with the ability to work independently.- Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.Pay Rate: £14.00 to £15.00 per hour (depending on experience)To apply for this exciting opportunity, please visit our website at workchain.co.uk and complete the online application form.
