Hgv Class 2 Driver

We are looking for experienced HGV Class 2 drivers to join our growing team. Work can include simple trunking work to mutidrop. You could be delivering various types of freight or simple depot to depot deliveries. Whether you are a Class 2 driver that wants to work 1-day, all week, or various days to suit your home/work life balance, we want to hear from you.

HGV Class 2 Driver will need:

• Cat-C Licence
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
• No more than 6 points (No DD's, DR's, IN's, TT's)
• Experience with ratchet straps
• Experience in a fast-paced multi-drop environment
• Excellent customer service skills and good literacy
• Full UK Driving licence, Class 2 entitlement held for 1 year.
• Able to work to tight deadlines

HGV Class 2 Driver Duties will include:

• Driving company vehicle responsibly and safely, obeying all traffic laws
• Carrying out required daily vehicle checks to ensure procedural compliance
• Maintaining regular contact with Branch Managers on daily progress
• Completing paperwork accurately as instructed
• Dealing with customers face to face in a polite and courteous manner

We offer a true, honest, and personal service and you will deal directly with the business owner. Minimum pay of GBP14.00 per hour, regular overtime.
