HGV Class 2 HIAB Clam operator

We are looking for an experienced Lorry Mounted Loader (HIAB) operator for ongoing, Monday - Friday, steady work in the Bristol area.

The Job

You will be driving to jobs in the area to undertake the backfilling/reinstatement of roads.

You will be driving a Class 2 (c) vehicle with Tipper body and HIAB with Clamshell Bucket attachment.

The job will involve working as a two-man team, Filling the trenches excavated for the maintenance of utility services to certain specifications, compacting the material in the trench using a mechanical compactor (Wacker) and prepping them for the Tarmac gangs to complete.

Pay

• £17.45 Per Hour
• £26.18 Per Hour Overtime
• £34.90 Per Hour Sunday & Bank Holiday

About You

• must hold a Category C licence
• HIAB experience essential.
• NPORS or ALLMI Clam attachment certification an advantage
• Be physically fit due to the nature of the work
• Be able to work as part of a team

NRSWA qualification also will be offered to the right candidate
