Hgv Driver / Production Operative

Are you a HGV Driver looking for that right next role?
Blakedale are currently looking for a Production Operative with a Class 1 licence to join them on a full-time basis.

Salary- £23,000 to £24,150 per annum depending on experience

Responsibilities
Ensure the vehicle meets all legal requirements and is checked as per the vehicle
Rectify all minor defects e.g. Change tyres, bulbs, wiper blades, etc. Touch up minor defects with paint if necessary
Maintain good communication with the office with regards to what time vehicles are required for rental and returned hire vehicles. Notify office fully and accurately with regards to all damage, fuel deficits and defects immediately
Delivery of hire vehicles to customers including compilation of hire documentation, licences and hand over procedures
Ensure the fuel process is followed each time a vehicle is fuelled and delivered to a customer
About you
Class 1 Driving Licence
Good customer service skills, team motivation and organisational skills.
High standards of company vehicle presentation
