HGV Technician - Leyburn, North Yorkshire
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our maintenance team for an HGV Technician. Working as part of our small but dedicated team you will work to ensure that company vehicles are maintained and in a good condition to provide a reliable service across the group.

Role Requirements
· Minimum of 3 years worth of Knowledge & experience in HGV maintenance, preferably with tipper and concrete mixer experience.
· Must be located within commutable distance of Leyburn
· Have a city & guilds qualification relevant to the role.
· Knowledge & experience of HGV maintenance, preferably with tipper and concrete mixer experience.
· Experience of vehicle diagnostics with the ability to identify and rectify diagnosed problems.
· Experience working with Plant and equipment, preferably with a working knowledge of running gears on semi-trailers.
· Previous experience working with Volvo, Renault & Scania HGVs.
· Class 1 & 2 driving licence preferable but not essential.
· The ability to work under pressure and use initiative to make time sensitive repairs.
· Preferably have knowledge of asset maintenance software.
· The ability to work as part of team and independently when required.
· A willingness to carry out other maintenance duties across site commensurate with the role and your skills and experience.

Candidates with vehicle maintenance experience outside of HGV will be considered for the role where potential and a desire for development is shown.
