Skilled and flexible HGV Technician (to join Breakdown Rota) required for a varied role at our purpose built Bicester location.
Let’s be clear – The ICE (Internal Combustion Engine) will continue for the next 25 years and beyond – it isn’t all Electric!
- On Target Realistic Earnings (OTE) – Up to £54,000
- Salary - depending on experience, service tech, diagnostic, mastertech
- 40 hour week – Monday – Friday
- On Call Rota
- Weekends and outside basic hours paid at Overtime Rate x 1.5
- Bank Holidays paid at Double Time
- Standby Fees apply to week when on call - £25 per night (£3000 per annum)
- Late shift payment paid on lates week - £25 per night (£3,000 per annum)
- Basic up to £40,000.00 Depending on Experience
- Bonus – Up to £6k / year based on Productivity / Efficiency

You’ll work at Cordwallis Group with MAN, Mercedes & Isuzu Trucks some of the world’s leading manufacturers of heavy commercial vehicles. You’ll carry out roadside diagnosis and repairs for customers in distress as well as service, maintenance, and repairs on some of the most respected trucks in the industry and will enjoy continued development and training at our industry-leading training centres.

Preferred but not essential requirements
- LGV/HGV/PCV Licence an advantage
- Roadside Assistance Training qualification an advantage
- Bus and coach experience an advantage
- IRTEC accreditation desirable but not essential as we have IRTEC courses available
