Your Role As An HGV Technician Will Include:
* Carrying out MOT service and repair of vehicles to excellent standards.
* Communicating with the Service Reception team and Workshop Control on test results and additional work necessary.
* Ensuring quality inspection controls are carried out.
* Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge.
* Maintaining exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals
The Successful HGV Technician Will Have:
* Automotive / Plant Experience
* Proficient in carrying out a range of repairs, including clutch replacements, timing belts, etc
* Diagnostic skills and experience with diagnostic equipment
* Commutable To Dartford
