Hawk 3 Talent Solutions, operating as an employment agency, are currently recruiting for a HGV Workshop Forman to join our client in Worcestershire who are a specialist manufacturer within their field.  They have been established over 50 years and have a reputation for providing exceptional customer service and quality products.

Due to continuous investment and redevelopment, they have a new role to join their team within their purpose built after care centre. They offer service, repairs, refurbishment, and inspections to rescue & recovery, HGV, trailers, light commercial vehicles, and coaches.

Candidate Requirements:

• High level of technical knowledge
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Able to prioritise and organise technical team workload
• Ensure that workshop paperwork is completed in a correct and timely manner
• Routine vehicle service and maintenance skills to DVSA standards
• Fault finding, diagnostic and rectification skills
• Inspection and MOT preparation
• Class 1 licence an advantage but not essential

Experience:

• Commercial Vehicle Mechanic: 3 years (required)
