Higher Clerical Officer X2

Two Higher Clerical Officers required to work with our client, Southern Health & Social Care Trust. The post will be based within TheRed Flag Booking Team in Craigavon Area Hospital. This role will start immediately with a pay rate of £11.11 per working 9am – 5pmMonday to Friday. This role is initially for 3 months with a possibility of extension.The successful candidates will book cancer appointments and provide a clerical and administrative support service to the CancerTracker and MDT Co-ordinators.

What The Job Entails:

• Operate all relevant IT systems
• Book appointments
• Add patients to outpatient waiting lists
• Booking 1st outpatient appointment
• Co-ordinate, process and distribute a range of correspondence

What We Need from You:

• 4 GCSEs at Grade C or above to include English and Maths
• At least 1 years’ clerical/administration experience
• or
• 2 years’ clerical/administration experience
