Hours: 32.50 per week, term time only (39 weeks)
Salary Grade 7
The post holder must have achieved HLTA status.
The successful candidate will work under an agreed system of guidance and management with a greater degree of autonomy. They complement the professional work of teachers by taking responsibility for agreed learning activities.
We are looking for someone with:
- The ability to establish positive relationships with children
- Verbal reasoning skills
- General understanding of national/foundation stage curriculum
- Understanding of school policies and procedures relating to child protection, behaviour, health & safety and attendance.
- Good numeracy and literacy skills, with the ability to produce documentation to a good standard.
- Experience of working in a childcare setting
