HLTA certificate Experience of working in primary The enthusiasm to work with children with a variety of different personalities and skill levels A strong, confident individual who can take control of a classroom Able to engage well with pupils Able to work under your own initiative Post: Permanent Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8.45am to 3.20pm (one hour unpaid lunch break, total 27.92 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time plus inset days). Salary: LCC Grade 8 - pay range 15-18 (£17,045 to £18,560 actual salary) dependant on experience.
