Why Choose Us?
Rewarding Role in a Supportive Environment: Join our team of dedicated educators and be part of an inclusive and supportive school community. We value your expertise and will provide ongoing support and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and career.
Varied and Engaging Responsibilities: As an HLTA, you will have the opportunity to work across the entire school (EYFS - KS2), supporting pupils with a wide range of ability levels. This diverse role will allow you to utilize your teaching skills and make a positive impact on the learning journey of students across different key stages.

Dedicated Primary Consultant: Gain access to a dedicated primary consultant who will provide ongoing support, guidance, and career development advice. We are committed to your success and will ensure you have the resources and assistance you need to thrive in your role.
About the Role:
As an HLTA, you will primarily cover Key Stage 2 (KS2) pupils with varying ability levels. While recent experience teaching across Key Stage 2 is desirable, previous experience, even if not recent, will be greatly beneficial.

- Demonstrate experience teaching primary education at Early Years (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1), and Key Stage 2 (KS2) levels.
- Possess a genuine desire to become an integral part of a committed team of primary teachers.
- Showcase a passion for teaching, with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons.
Protocol Education is committed to safeguarding children and young people. As part of our thorough recruitment process, all registered staff undergo extensive interviewing, referencing checks, and an Enhanced DBS Check registered to the Update Service.
Join Our Team:
In return for your dedication and expertise, you will receive:
- Competitive daily rates, paid weekly.
- Pension contributions (subject to qualifying period).
- Full compliance with AWR to ensure fair pay and working conditions.
- Access to a dedicated primary consultant, offering ongoing support.
Don't miss out on this incredible opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young learners. Apply now or register your interest on the Protocol Education website, and one of us will be in touch! We look forward to welcoming you to our team and supporting your professional growth and success as an HLTA.
