We\'re seeking a dynamic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team, taking the lead in covering PPA lessons for students in years 7-11. If you\'re ready to play a pivotal role in the learning journey, this opportunity is for you.
As a HLTA Covering PPA Lessons, Your Responsibilities Include
* Taking charge of the classroom for PPA sessions, ensuring a smooth and engaging learning experience.
* Collaborating with teachers to deliver pre-planned lessons and activities.
* Providing support and guidance to students, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
To Excel In This Role, You\'ll Need
* An Enhanced DBS check, ensuring the safety and security of our students.
* Previous experience within a school, showcasing your confidence in managing a classroom.
* Relevant teaching/education qualification, demonstrating your understanding of effective teaching methods.
* The ability to cover lessons for students in years 7-11, showcasing your adaptability and classroom management skills.
