We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and enthusiastic Higher-Level Teaching Assistant to join our nurture team. Duties will include supporting the qualified teacher as a part of a professional team, planning your role in lessons, preparing, delivering, assessing, reporting and marking learning activities for individuals/groups or short term for whole classes. Contributing to a range of teaching, learning and pastoral activities in areas where you have expertise and advising and supporting staff in specialist areas within the school, co-ordinating the work, management and development of other Teaching Assistants.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a strong work ethic and will have a flexible approach to the tasks they undertake. The position will be ideally suited to someone with previous experience working within a busy school environment.
