- £23,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience
- 23 days holiday (plus Bank Holidays), increasing annually up to 30 days after 10 years
- Monday – Friday, 07.30 – 1700
- Staggered start and finish times can be arranged, totalling 40 hours per week
- Comprehensive company induction and training programme
- Working on the Hire Desk in the Service Centre
- Taking inbound calls and enquiries from customers that want to hire out equipment
- Maximising sales opportunities
- Resolving any issues quickly and keeping your customers informed
- Assist with the Hire Desk administration
- Prior experience in a customer service role
- Great communication skills – both verbal and written
- Effective administration, planning and organisation skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good IT/Computer skills. MS Office including Excel and Outlook and experience of database entry
