HLTA – Interventions Year 5

The Headteacher of one of our local community schools in the Blackburn area is looking to recruit a qualified and experienced HLTA to support a group of pupils on a daily basis within a Year 5 class.

You would need to work well within a team of dedicated practitioners, supporting the pupils with their learning needs as required.

The role is full time, 5 days a week and the role is an immediate start, therefore holding a valid DBS on the update service would be of an advantage.  This role will run up to the end of the academic year.

The required experience for this role;

• Experience teaching and supporting learning programmes within KS2 classes
• Clear knowledge of the National curriculum
• Passionate in teaching and supporting at all levels
