The successful candidate(s) will:
- Hold a UK-recognized teaching qualification or possess relevant experience.
- Manage a combination of whole-class, 1:1, and intervention settings.
- Establish rapport quickly, making lessons engaging, fast-paced, and tailored with differentiated content.
- Demonstrate confidence in planning sessions independently or following schemes of work and plans.
- Have experience in teaching secondary-aged pupils facing significant barriers to learning, with a calm, caring, and kind disposition.
- Be confident in directing support assistants.
- Hold a valid and current DBS on the Update Service and provide professional references.
- Possess a fully checkable work history.
- Excellent rates of pay.
