About the School:
A Charming SEN School with beautiful grounds and activity centers requires a HLTA or Unqualified Teacher for a role in Solihull.
Role and Responsibilities:
Delivering lessons and support in line with the school's SEN policies
Working closely with students with diverse learning needs to ensure their progress
Collaborating with other members of the SEN team and classroom teachers
Providing individualized support to students based on their Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
A passion for working with students with special educational needs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with other staff members
Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing professional development
HLTA qualification or willingness to work towards it (if applicable)
