SalaryJob Summary:We are seeking a skilled Hoist Operator to join our team. The Hoist Operator will be responsible for operating a variety of cranes to lift, move, position, and reposition loads.
Duties:- Operate cranes to lift, move, position, and reposition loads- Inspect cranes and equipment before use to ensure they are in proper working condition- Communicate with ground workers to safely move loads- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times- Maintain logs of working hours and operations
Skills:- Ability to operate Hoist efficiently- Proficiency in forklift operation for material handling- Experience in digging and moving materials- Commercial driving skills for transporting loads- Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures- Familiarity with warehouse operations- Mechanical knowledge for crane maintenance
