SALARY BAND: £12ph - £13.50ph

LOCATION: Taunton

Hoist Operator required to join a construction project in Taunton The working hours are 07:30-17:00 Monday-Friday. Our client has advised this is an ongoing role.

The work will involve operating and maintaining hoisting equipment, including construction hoists, goods hoists, and passenger/goods hoists

The site is accessible by public transport and parking is available.

Once you have completed your assignment and Daniel Owen have secured a positive finishing reference, we will do our best to ensure you have another long term assignment to go into.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Inspect and maintain equipment regularly to ensure it is safe and functioning properly
• Transport goods and personnel to and from construction sites as required
• Follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures, including wearing appropriate PPE
• Communicate with other site staff to ensure safe and efficient operations
• Record and report any issues or incidents to the supervisor or site manager
• Maintain accurate records of work completed

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• References for your work as a Hoist Op
• PPE
• The ability to perform physical manual labour
• Valid NPORS, CSCS or CPCS card for Hoist Operator
