Holiday Cottage Cleaner

Summary

We are looking for a Holiday Cottage Cleaner to prepare our 13 stunning Holiday Cottages at Triggabrowne (PL23 1NP), Pont Pill (PL23 1NQ), Lansallos (PL132PX) and Cutmadoc (PL30 4AQ). This role is to provide Relief support for our team at peak times of the year and to provide Relief cover when our team are on annual leave or sick leave.

The changeover days will fall Monday to Saturday so flexibility is essential due to popular short breaks and late bookings. The changeover time will vary from 4 hours for a small cottage to 6 hours for a larger cottage. The start time would be typically 9.30 - 10 am. The finish time will typically be 3.30 - 4pm.

This role is an hourly paid, fixed term role. Wherever possible we aim to offer a consistent working pattern, but we're looking for flexibility as it may be necessary for us to alter this pattern from time to time to suit the needs of the business. We'd give you as much notice of this as possible.

Salary: £10.50 per hour

Duration: Fixed Term 12 Months

Internally you will be known as Relief 'Holidays Operation Assistant'

You will need to be able to get to and from the cottages with your own form of transport and carry supplies. There is no reliable public bus service in the area.

What you'll be doing

On change-over days, you'll make sure that everything's clean and prepared for our guests to arrive. This will include making sure the cottage is thoroughly cleaned, well presented and welcoming for our guests. We'd also like you to keep an eye out and report any repairs or odd jobs that need doing along with replacing any broken items from the store supplies.

No experience is required, training will be provided. There will be some E-learning modules to complete online. You will need to be able to communicate using emails.

Full Personal Protective Equipment(PPE) is provided for all teams and additional extensive measures in place to protect staff.
