My client, near Looe, are seeking Holiday Home Sales Executives to join their friendly sales team. As a Holiday Home Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Holiday Homes within this beautiful holiday park. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and assist potential buyers in finding their dream Holiday Home. You must be focused and sales driven to ensure personal and team targets are met.
This is a full time permanent position offering a basic annual salary of 26,000 plus commission (OTE up to 70,000 per annum)
Shifts will include weekends on a rotational basis

Key Responsibilities/Duties:
Proven sales experience in a customer driven environment desirable but not essential.
Good knowledge and understanding of the park and leisure homes industry.
Experience actively using CRM system, and to become comfortable and proficient.
Have a great knowledge and understanding of our product and key technical data.
Build an understanding of the competitors and what they are offering.
Networking and communicational skills essential.
Comfortable meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Be able to manage timetable and own diary for appointments.
Enthusiastic and a great team player
Demonstrate standards of personal conduct as well as delivering company vision and values.
