Holidays Operation Team Leader

Summary

We have an opportunity for a Team Leader to support our Holiday Cottage Cleaners at Fountains Abbey. We have an opportunity for a Team Leader to support our Holiday Cottage Cleaners at Fountains Abbey and Brimham Rocks. You will be responsible for the day to day supervision of the cleaning team and ensuring the high standards of presentation are met. Responsibilities include ensuring adequate stocks of laundry supplies are available for the 14 cottages. Cleaning is part of this role. Please see the role profile attached.

Duration: Permanent

Hours: 37.5hours per week. Responsible for a minimum of two changeovers in the week.

Salary: £21,021 per annum

Internally you will be known as 'Holidays Operation Team Leader'

What you'll be doing

You will induct new staff and support the provision of an efficient, effective and flexible service ensuring cover for changeovers, service cleans and house opening achieving very high standards of presentation; co-ordination of routine maintenance and repairs, and deal with customer queries in line with the NT Holidays Toolkit.

Health and Safety compliance and good environmental management is essential.  You will be familiar with working to risk assessments, COSHH procedures, accident reporting, and fire safety.
