Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Home Admissions and Wellbeing Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, ensuring the home's occupancy levels are maximized, and overseeing the smooth transition and settling of new residents. The ideal candidate will excel in building positive relationships with prospective residents, family carers, and multi-disciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Marketing:
Identify and follow up on new sales opportunities to achieve and maintain optimal occupancy levels therefore being a car driver is essential.
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing plans for the Home.
- Collaborate with the management team to set and achieve sales targets.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and contribute to ongoing strategy development.
Relationship Management:
- Build meaningful and positive relationships with prospective residents, family carers, and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Serve as the main point of contact for inquiries, conducting tours, and addressing concerns.
- Ensure a seamless and positive experience for residents during the moving-in process.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, marketing in a healthcare industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
