Salary up to £36,000 - £39,000 + Home working allowance and OOH allowance

NonStop Social Care is currently working with a Home-based Fostering Charity in East Midlands. I am currently recruiting for a home-based Supervising social worker for their team.

The charity is a remote work-force that prides themselves in offering remote opportunities to social workers and improved work-life balance through constant support and great working environment.

Responsibilities

The home-based Supervising social worker will be responsible of low caseload of 10-12 stable families in East Midlands. The families will require from time to time supervision which you will have to travel for in person. In person supervision will be every other month. There is also the chance to conduct virtual visits when possible.

Requirements

- you are a Qualified Social Worker

- you have 2-3 years of working knowledge of the Supervising social worker role

- you must reside in one of those areas: Northamptonshire, Leicester, Peterborough, Central Milton Keynes
