Salary: up to £39,704 + £2,000 Car Allowance

NonStop Care is working with a well established Independent Fostering Agency with a Good Ofsted rating in the South London area in order to help them recruit for a permanent Supervising Social Worker.

This is a Home Based role offering you a lot of flexibility with your schedule.

Responsibilities:

The Supervising Social Worker will will provide support and supervision to about 10 - 12 foster families located around Croydon, Wandsworth, Surrey and Kingston. The role involves mainly supervising the foster families, so you will not be completing Form F Assessments.

In this role, you will be part of an Independent Fostering Agency that is therapeutic. They offer ongoing therapeutic training to their Social Workers and foster families, so you can use that to develop your skills within therapeutic fostering.

Requirements:

Please apply if you are a Qualified Social Worker and if you have experience in working in fostering or in a Looked After Children Team. You must have a Social Work Degree and a driving license also.
