Your new role
Ensure the effective management of Home Delivery and NHS.net email inboxes Answer all customer calls taking full ownership Provide requested information to other departments Dealing with customer complaints Deal with order queries, price queries and invoice queries Liaise with the team to discuss department priorities and workload and support each other to provide the best possible service to the business Support the Sales Team and Customers with the onboarding of new services Support the sales team in Customer Calls for established accounts Ensure the legal compliance of our VAT prescription process Management of our patients and Synergy System including the full set up of new patients Ensure all patient/Trust information is kept up to date to ensure the payment of invoices What you'll need to succeed Previous experience in a process-driven and regulated environment Able to provide a consistent and professional level of communication to external customers and internal Vygon departments. Good working knowledge of M3 Process oriented and able to demonstrate experience of working in a regulated environment specifically within GDP guidelines. Knowledge of current C&SS procedures and processes across all customer sectors (Distributors, Direct hospitals, 3rd Parties, National Accounts).
