Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the care home, ensuring exceptional care for residents and support for staff.
- Maintain compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations and legislation.
- Foster positive relationships with regulators, social services, and families.
- Drive marketing efforts to maintain full occupancy.
- Engage with the local community to enhance the home's reputation.
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a registered manager in a 30-plus bed care home with a good rating.
- Strong understanding of CQC standards, safeguarding, and compliance.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with residents and families.
- Proven track record of promoting person-centered care and resident involvement.
